The title of this blog comes from T.S. Eliot’s oft (maybe over) quoted poem “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.” I may talk about toast, but this is not a toast blog. This blog might be many things — I’m still deciding (yes, still). I hope you enjoy!
